Who can attend our courses?

Medical professionals, as well as those who have under taken beauty therapy at level 3. We also accept students who have gained their anatomy & physiology level 3 qualification. No matter your current education level, we will get you to the standard you require to be at, in order for you have a career in aesthetics, please get in touch.

What will you learn from our courses?

All courses are accredited with the CPD Centre of Excellence. Online course certificates will state online course and can be given on completion of reading and watching the online materials.

You will get certificates from most courses on the day you complete your practical training, on courses that require a practical you will be fully qualified and trained in the course you have trained in.

Will I get insurance?

We work closely with specialist aesthetic insurance companies to ensure our students are able to gain insurance following the course. We advise students on what courses are suitable and appropriate for them, based on experience.

Some online courses are not insurable based on doing them alone, instead people use these courses as refreshers or to gain extra CPD learning hours and points So, if you have no experience in the procedure, you must attend a practical. We always advise you to check with your insurance before booking onto any of our courses, as all insurers take students and courses on an individual basis.

Do you offer finance, or can I pay in installments?

We accept payments via numerous amount of methods. We believe training to be a large financial commitment so we help as much as we can to ensure the fees are not a burden on your finances.

You can pay for your course in full if you want to get it out of the way via debit or credit card. If you would like to pay cash please Call us on 0748 403 7509 and we can arrange this for you. We also offer 0% finance over 3 months to help spread the cost of some of our most popular courses.

Will I be supported if I need help?

We offer free ongoing advice and clinical support to all our students during normal working hours, we also offer medical oversight and support for emergency situations , although these are rare. We have a pharmacist and a nurse on site Monday to Fridays.

You can also benefit from free videos, blogs and future discounts on courses and aesthetics supplies from our pharmacy store - where you know you can buy safe and genuine products to use after training.

What if I do not pass the course?

You will not fail. We understand that some students learn quicker than others. If we do not feel like you are competent after the practical session, we will invite you to attend another training session at no extra cost. Our refresher days, if needed, are free of charge.

What shall I wear on the day?

Please arrive on time, wearing uniform such as scrubs if possible or all black clothing. Please have hair tied back and try to avoid wearing too much jewellery. Please wear comfy shoes, such as flat black shoes or trainers if possible. We aim for a professional look at all times.

What do I need to bring on the day?

You will be told about your course start and finish times when you book your practical session. We provide all refreshments including tea, coffee, water and lunch. We provide all models unless you have been asked to provide them.

We have all stationary and equipment to use on the day. We advise maybe bringing a note pad for your own personal learning notes. If you have and special dietary requirements for lunch please advise us the day before your course practical date.

What is the refund policy?

The refund policy states that once a student gains access to the course, a refund cannot be provided. We are able to see on our system once a user has logged in for the first time.
